Handful of Kale
Handful of Spinach or Rocket
Handful of Celery or Parsley
1 Green Apple or Pear or Grapes
1 Lime or handful of Mint (both can be added)
1 Tablespoon of Matcha Powder or Spirulina
- Put all ingredients in blender and blend.
- Serve over ice.
