Vegetarian Hot Chocolate (Lactose Free)
20 grams dark chocolate
200 mils of almond, soy or rice milk
1 teaspoon honey
- In a briki (or small saucepan) mix chocolate and milk and warm it on low heat whilst stir-ing.
- When all blended take off heat and add honey.
- Sprinkle with ground cinnamon or nutmeg.
