Tina’s Summer Punch

Ingredients:

Handful of Strawberries;
Handful of Blackberries;
Handful of Blueberries;
A bunch of Mint with the leaves picked off;
1 lemon; and
1 litre of apple and orange juice.

Method

  1. The night before you need the punch, place the juice of one lemon which has been diluted with water in an ice-cube tray and place in freezer to set.
  2. When punch is needed place lemon water ice cubes in a punch bowl.
  3. Add quartered strawberries, blackberries, blueberries and mint leaves.
  4. Add apple and orange juice, stir and serve.
