Summer Punch


I lemon sliced;
A bunch of Mint with the leaves picked off;
1 litre of ginger beer;
1-2 passionfruit pulp; and
Tea (I prefer Lady Grey for its delicate flavour )


  1. The night before you need the punch, place some cooled tea in an ice-cube tray and place in freezer to set.
  2. When punch is needed place tea ice cubes in a punch bowl.
  3. Add lemons, passionfruit pulp and mint leaves.
  4. Add ginger beer, stir and serve.
