Quick Crust Free Quiche Loraine
* 3 Eggs
* 375ml (one large can) evap skim milk
*½ cup SR flour
* 60g reduced fat cheese
* 4 slices reduced-fat bacon
* 2 spring onions
*Seasoning (salt, pepper etc)
Combine eggs, flour and milk and whisk till smooth.
Add chopped up spring onions, cheese, bacon and any seasoning.
Spray a medium pie plate or quiche dish with cooking spray and pour mixture in dish.
Bake at 180 degrees for 35 to 40 mins.
The flour will settle on the bottom and form a type of base.
Note: You can substitute the bacon and spring onion for anything else, try chicken and creamed corn, salmon and onion etc. or just plain veges.
